Our store responds to several requests, internal and external. External requests are requests from individuals or other companies. The fact of having a store which treats at the same time the external requests, and internal, is a means for us to differentiate us from the competition. The internal requests include the various parts supplied for repairs carried out in the workshop and in intervention. The fact of being able to answer both external and internal requests, allows our company to diversify, by proposing competitive prices and controlled delays, thanks in particular to the relationship with our suppliers. Recently, we have installed an automatic warehouse which allows the optimization of the stocks and a considerable saving of time for our warehouse staff. The products are sorted by category and reach our warehouse staff in the same way as a vending machine. This installation is rather expensive, but fully profitable in the long run. |
